• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
• Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for the specified period.

5. Orders & Payments

When you place an order on Dev Traders:

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.
• We accept payments via eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) where available.
• All payments must be completed before order processing begins (except for COD orders).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Nepal. Key shipping terms:

• Free shipping is available on orders above NPR 5,000.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location and availability.
• Dev Traders is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Beauty and skincare products cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene reasons.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dev Traders website — including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Dev Traders and is protected by copyright laws.
